Justice James Omotosho had rescheduled the judgment for today after parties in the case were duly served with hearing notices.
The Federal High Court, Abuja Division, on Tuesday discharged and acquitted Winifred Oyo-Ita of money laundering offences, six years after the trial began.
The court adjourned the case to allow Ms Ohiri to enter her plea.
UBA challenged the FCCPC’s jurisdiction. In suit FHC/ABJ/CS/1972/2025, UBA contested whether the FCCPC could oversee a CBN-licensed bank’s operations, products, or services.
