Governor Biodun Oyebanji, on Monday, swore in Justice Lekan Ogunmoye as the sixth chief judge of Ekiti.
Mr Ogunmoye advised the pardoned inmates to exhibit good behaviour.
The chief judge said that the amendments became necessary to protect the interest of children and women.
