Lagos tribunal dismisses Rhodes-Vivour, LP from Jandor’s petition against Sanwo-Olu’s victory

The court held that Mr Rhodes-Vivour would be a meddlesome interloper if he challenged any part of the judgment of Jandor’s petition.

Counsel to the two parties, Henry Bello and Francis Ese, respectively, had told the tribunal that their clients decided to withdraw the petitions.
