The Abuja High Court on Wednesday vacated a bench warrant it issued on March 26 for the arrest of the factional national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Kabiru Turaki.
The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) charged Mr Turaki with giving false information to the police.
Mr Ali had in his suit prayed the court for an order declaring that withdrawal of support given to him was illegal.
The applicant prayed the court to compel the EFCC to pay him N10 million as damages for the breach of his rights for impounding his car in 2022.
Other respondents were Abdulrasheed Bawa, a former EFCC boss, an EFCC officer, Calistus, and Fidelity Bank Plc.
NAPTIP alleged that Mrs Nwatu stripped the girl naked, tied her hands and legs, and flogged her with an electric wire.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge. Â
The prosecution counsel, Adama Musa, told the court that Mr Adegboro, on October 9, 2023, stabbed the deceased in his stomach, which resulted in his death.
An investigating police officer, ASP Desmond Apella, told the FCT court that the police rescued nine children from their abductors.
