President of the court, Justice Ricardo Gonçalves, announced this at the formal unveiling of the court’s Electronic Case Management System on Monday, in Abuja.
The ECOWAS Court of Justice has called on member states to cooperate with the court to ensure the effective enforcement of its judgments, especially in human rights cases.

Mr Gonçalves said that the community court resolved to make the competition an annual flagship programme.
It declared that Senegal violated Diop’s right to freedom of movement, in breach of Article 12(2) of the African Charter.
Several victims, including Kargbo, Mohamed Sillah and Alusine Sesay, died as a result of this crackdown.
Mr Edeh, from Enugu, had filed the suit against the federal government, alleging unlawful detention and torture by SARS operatives.
The court, however, ordered each party to bear their own costs in the suit.
The ECOWAS Court of Justice and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees office have pledged to strengthen their partnership.
