The Osun election petition tribunal had nullified the July 16, 2022, governorship election of Mr Adeleke.
The Osun PDP alleged that the judgment was “way billed” to the tribunal to read “by his petitioner collaborators”.
The protesters said their mandate was taken away from them in a repetition of what transpired in the 2018 election.
The tribunal on Friday declared former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola as the authentic winner of the July 16, 2022 governorship election in the state.
In a hearing notice released in Osogbo on Tuesday, the tribunal said the judgement would be delivered by 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
Mr Oyetola and the APC are challenging election results from 749 polling units across 10 LGAs for various electoral malpractice.
The Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Tertsea Kume, fixed the date after the conclusion of the pre-hearing session on Thursday in Osogbo.
INEC, PDP and Mr Adeleke were granted seven days to respond to the tribunal’s pre-hearing form.
Mr Oyetola and APC are plaintiffs in the suit challenging Mr Adeleke’s victory in the July 16 governorship election.
