A baseline survey on sexual harassment in Nigerian public tertiary institutions has revealed that 70 per cent of female students.
Dr Balarabe recalled that Kaduna State under the leadership of Governor Uba Sani, has led ambitious governance reform efforts since he assumed office.
“Education is a social right, not a privilege, so addressing the lecturers’ legitimate demands is necessary for the future of Kaduna State,” said the group.

The university’s registrar, Samuel Manshop, said in a statement in Kaduna on Friday that 14,000 candidates applied for various programmes in the school.
The decision to increase the fees is to reposition the schools to deliver quality education to meet 21st-century challenges, the state government said.
According to Mr Adamu, the purported scholarship programme unveiled by the government was a smokescreen to justify the increase.
