The SSG stated that Governor Radda was concerned about the recent report of a power outage which affected the university.
The affected ministers were directed to assume their new roles without delay to ensure continuity in government operations.
“I wish the acting governor well in the discharge of his responsibility.’’
Mr Radda congratulated the appointees and enjoined them to display their expertise in discharging their duties.
Mr Radda urged the pilgrims to continue to pray for the security, peace and harmony in the state and Nigeria in general.
Mr Radda reiterated his administration’s commitment to prioritising the welfare of the residents.
The CPS said the inmates were those detained for their inability to pay fines imposed on them by different courts of law.
The governor expressed concern over the frequent bandits’ attacks in the state.
Mrs Radda said the day served as a global reminder of the ongoing struggle for gender equity.
