The group said many Nigerians, particularly youths, had consistently demanded compulsory real-time transmission to reduce human interference in the collation of results.
Mr Idowu noted that the election recorded a significant improvement in voter turnout.
Ms Idowu said the report was to ensure early preparations for a free, fair, and credible election in the state.
Mr Achakpa said that voters with disabilities resorted to assisted-voting.
A joint statement by six civil society groups urged the security agencies to allow the media and observers full access to collation centres for transparency.
The stakeholders observed that the processes leading to the 2023 general elections fell below expectations.
