Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan on Thursday took the oath of office and allegiance as senator representing Kogi Central at the National Assembly.
The court agreed with the submission of counsel for Ms Akpoti-Uduagan, Joshua Usman, SAN, as meritorious.
Mr Ododo said his administration, by the grace of God, would consolidate all the initiatives of Mr Bello in all sectors of the economy.
Ms Akpoti-Uduaghan has petitioned INEC over the outcome of the Kogi Central senatorial poll held on February 25.
The PDP presidential candidate said he plans to make “the nightmare of Ajaokuta” a thing of the past.
