Mr Gambo said the party was ready for the local government polls.
Mr Tinubu recently declared a nationwide security emergency.
He added that the amended law stripped away rights guaranteed by the 2023 law.
The party said it wants to actualise power shift to Kogi West in the November 11 poll in the spirit of equity, fairness and justice.
“This is my assignment and I am ready to execute it to the expectations and joy of the citizens of Kogi,” he stated.
Mr Ododo said his administration, by the grace of God, would consolidate all the initiatives of Mr Bello in all sectors of the economy.
The Kogi APC senator said the former vice-president should seek forgiveness for selling the country’s assets, rather than seek to occupy the presidential seat.
“There are many tenants whose salaries are competing with their rents because they live in cities like Abuja. The law will prevent the poor workers from any form of oppression.”
