Mr Sani stated this on Saturday during a mega rally held at the Kafanchan Township Stadium, Kaduna.
Ms Sanda-Abubakar said the MAMI project aims to reduce maternal mortality by 30 per cent and increase health facility utilisation by 60 per cent within three years.
Mr Alake said non-kinetic measures were employed in the operation, combining community engagement and diplomacy to secure success.
The certified LGAs are Jaba, Kaura, Giwa, Jema’a, Kudan, Kauru, Soba, Zangon Kataf, and Kubau.
They condemned the alleged financial mismanagement, abuse of power and a growing debt burden incurred for eight years by Mr El-Rufai’s administration.
She said the LGAs covered were Kubau, Zaria, Kauru, Sabon Gari, Kudan, Makarfi, Giwa, Ikara, Soba and Lere.
The Kaduna government says it recorded 68 suspected cases and eight deaths from diphtheria.
While Mr Sani won 10 local government areas, his closest rival, Mr Ashiru, won 13.
