The prosecution counsel, Kunle-Shina Adeyemo, told the court that the convicts committed the offences on June 12, 2024, in Ifaki Ekiti.
The convict was arraigned before Justice Jubril Aladejana in April 2023 on one count charge of murder.
Delivering his judgment, Justice Familoni said, “I believe the defendant as a young person deserves a second chance to redeem himself and be a good citizen.
Delivering his judgement, Justice Bamidele Omotoso said the prosecution had proved beyond reasonable doubt the charge preferred against the defendants.
