Mr Akerele warned stubborn Okada operators to stay away from highways and restricted routes.
Mr Manga attributed the crash to excessive speeding and wrongful overtaking by the bus driver.
He urged motorists to be patient during the diversion.
Mr Oke-Osanyintolu said the accident happened at Ile-Epo Bust Stop, Oko-Afa, Lagos-Badagry Expressway.
The FRSC official said the likely cause of the accident was excessive speeding.
