Mr Hamzat described Mr Tinubu as an inclusive leader who encouraged innovation and welcomed superior ideas irrespective of their source.
Mr Hamzat said his vision was to build a stronger and sustainable Lagos for future generations.
The governorship primary election is scheduled for May 21.
