Mr Oke-Osanyintolu said that an unidentified adult male driver lost his life in the incident.
On Thursday, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said it had attended 141 incidents across the state in November.
Mr Oke-Osanyintolu said LASEMA received a distress call at about 22.20hrs.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said that the fire started from an air conditioning unit and escalated.
Mr Oke-Osanyintolu said the accident happened at Ile-Epo Bust Stop, Oko-Afa, Lagos-Badagry Expressway.
Mr Oke-Osanyintolu said, “No life was lost in the incident, however, an adult male, the truck driver, sustained injuries.’’
On Monday, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency confirmed that there was no casualty in the building collapse in Orile-Iganmu.
He said this was higher than 121 incidents recorded in August.
He also called on road users to prioritise safety and strictly adhere to traffic regulations.
“A search and rescue operation is still ongoing to ground zero,” Mr Oke-Osanyintolu said.
