Mr Issa-Onilu highlighted the agency’s mandate on civic orientation.
The NOA director-general urged Nigerians to download the CLHEEAN app via Android and iOS to enable them to participate and speak up.
Mr Issa-Onilu said that NOA would work with relevant agencies to ensure that no one was denied emergency medical care in the event of gunshot injuries.
