According to him, rising population figures lead to higher waste generation, emissions, and noise pollution across the state.
He said the agency would continue to sanction religious bodies, schools and businesses that violate state noise regulations.
Mr Ajayi said that LASEPA shut down 244 facilities for violating environmental laws in 2025.
LASEPA noted the exercise witnessed the sealing off several facilities across Lagos for persistent noise pollution.
LASEPA, on Monday, released its latest Air Quality Index.
Two locations – Egbeda (11) and NiMET, Oshodi (10) – recorded “Good” air quality.
LASEPA said the enforcement exercise was part of ongoing efforts to maintain environmental standards and safeguard public health.
He said zero-tolerance againt noise pollution is imperative to prioritise the health and well-being of Lagosians.
The statement added that the establishments were found guilty of breaching environmental regulations.
“We must continue to promote the health and safety of the environment,” he said.
