The LASIEC boss also said the enthusiasm displayed by residents before and during the exercise was commendable.

Mr Ashiru urged LASIEC to conduct the election with transparency and impartiality.

The LASIEC boss sought political parties’ support for the successful conduct of the exercise.
He warned that imposing an outsider with no electoral history in Ojokoro would have negative consequences.
