Thirty-nine ships carrying petroleum products, food items, and other goods are expected at Apapa, Lekki Deep Sea Port, and Tincan Island Port in Lagos on Tuesday.
The stakeholders, who spoke in separate interviews, said democratic governance had created opportunities for reforms and private-sector engagement.
The vessels are expected to arrive from May 11 to May 15.
