The Catholic bishops demanded mandatory real-time transmission of results from polling units to collation centres via BVAS and IReV to restore voter confidence.
Mr Ugorji noted that voter turnout plummeted from 69 per cent in 2003 to a record low of 23 per cent in 2023.
