The party chieftain said that the figure could rise beyond 41 million as the registration was still ongoing.
Justice Bello Kawu vacated the interlocutory order made on November 18, following the defence counsel, Shuaibu Aruwa, SAN’s application for the court to set it aside.
He assured that the March 26 convention date remained sacrosanct and solicited support from all party members for a successful convention.
“We will rather not comment on any timetable or any activities until we meet with the president,” PGF said.
In a letter to INEC on Monday, APC scheduled its zonal congress for March 26 while no date was fixed for the much anticipated national convention.

The PGF director-general recently called on committee members to resign if they would not be able to conduct the party’s national convention in February.
Mr Okechukwu noted that “nobody expected the crisis dogging over 15 state chapters to be settled at once.”
