He said the operations were carried out in Delta, Bayelsa, and Rivers States.
Mr Kangye added that the troops also dismantled terrorist camps.
Mr Kangye stated that another suspect was caught with N3 million ransom cash in Bassa LGA.
Mr Kangye said that 17 suspects were apprehended across Rivers, Delta and Bayelsa states.
A suspected gunrunner was intercepted in the Jama’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Mr Kangye dismissed allegations by Amnesty International accusing the troops of extrajudicial killings in the South-East.
Mr Kangye stated that the IPOB/ESN tax collector was nabbed with the sum of ₦1.5 million in his possession.
Mr Kangye cautioned Nigerians against accepting unverified foreign narratives.
Mr Kangye listed other recovered items to include pumping machines, drilling machines, tricycles, motorcycles, mobile phones and 13 vehicles.
