Mr Onoja said the operations significantly degraded criminal capabilities.
He said ongoing operations had already generated actionable intelligence.
The defence spokesman said troops also recovered several arms and ammunition, including AK-47 rifles, G3 rifles, machine guns, and other combat equipment.
Mr Onoja said the CDS commended the troops for their resilience and professionalism.
Mr Onoja added that anti-drug operations resulted in the arrest of several suspects and recovery of illicit substances.
Mr Onoja said that the troops of Operation HADIN KAI successfully curtailed terrorists’ movements and disrupted key supply lines across Yobe, Borno, and Adamawa states.
Mr Onoja said the troops responded to multiple distress calls linked to sea piracy, illegal refining and other criminal activities.
Mr Onoja reaffirmed the military’s commitment to sustaining pressure on terrorists and criminal elements.
According to him, the military is fully aware of the anxiety faced by the families of the victims.
The Adibawa oil well head located in the creek on the boundary between Rivers and Bayelsa states is said to be one of the biggest in the region.
