According to him, one AK47 rifle and magazine and one locally made gun were recovered from the bandits.
Mr Yahaya said during the operation, one bandit was killed and others escaped with gunshot wounds.
“Two of the bandits were neutralised while others fled in disarray.’’
The deployment of undercover agents is said to be a response to the rising cases of attacks and violence on schools across the country.
