Leading figures across Italy and around the world have paid tribute to former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi after he died at the age of 86.
The final decision will be made by European Union leaders who will meet on June 23 and 24 in Brussels.
The move from Moscow has drawn the condemnation of Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi who described the expulsion as a “hostile act”.
The idea is to keep Russian oil on the market but limit the amount of revenue that could flow to Moscow from exports.
“Such lies are intended to accuse the Jews themselves of the most horrific crimes in history that were committed against them,” Israeli Prime Minister.
In addition to discussing a common European stance towards Moscow, the ministers will discuss bilateral and other European and foreign policy issues.
