Ms Kyari urged the newly inducted doctors to maintain cordial relationships with other healthcare professionals.
The panel ruled that there is enough evidence to proceed with allegations of medical negligence against three senior doctors involved in the child’s treatment.
The association said doctors continued to work in poor and unsafe conditions.
MDCN says only 58,000 doctors renewed their annual practice licence out of the 130,000 registered doctors in the country.
According to him, a review will be made in two weeks.
According to the doctors, it is the decision of the national executive council of NARD to embark on such action.
The association made its stand known in a communique it issued on Saturday at the end of its national executive council (NEC) meeting held in Lagos.
According to him, the industrial action is caused by the disagreement between the association and the federal government on salary and welfare matters.
The federal ministry of health says it will integrate eye care into the primary health care services and reach the underserved in remote areas.
“Council categorically states that online medical training done in any part of the world is short of acceptable standards and is not recognised by the MDCN.”
