The Conflict Prevention, Crisis Response and Resilience has organised a four-day training on community-based dialogue, advocacy, and action planning for stakeholders in Katsina.
The commissioner urged the participants to consider themselves as peace ambassadors in their respective communities.
Ms Usman commended Mercy Corps, the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), and the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) for facilitating the training.
At least 80 selected women from different security frontline areas in Katsina participated in a training on conflict prevention through interest-based negotiation.
