Methodist Prelate Oliver Aba has called for the unconditional release of his church members.
Mr Aba also allayed fears being entertained across the country over the inauguration of President-elect Bola Tinubu as President on May 29.
“There were soldiers all from Fulani extraction around the area at Nnoma junction, and these boys were going behind them.”
The church is seeking donations from its members to “arrest the situation for the safety of our Prelate and other abductees”.
