The federal government approved N25 billion to upgrade laboratories and workshops in public universities, polytechnics and colleges of education.
“The ministry is determined to take steps to sanitise the system,” he said.
The minister said the 18-year benchmark is in line with the 6-3-3-4 education system.

Mr Tinubu said the federal government would also establish entrepreneurship centres in universities nationwide.
