Kano Pillars Football Club on Sunday defeated fellow Kano side Barau FC 1-0 in a Match Day 29 fixture of the 2025/2026 Nigeria Professional Football League.
He said the tankers would take water to strategic locations across the 11 wards of the LGA.
Ms Ogbulafor said the interventions had significantly contributed to reducing malaria prevalence and under-five mortality rates across the country.
“The Niger State Independent Electoral (NSIEC) officials and security personnel were fully on ground,” he said.
“This is because the palliatives are enough to go round to everyone, as we purchased a large quantity of rice for distribution,” he said.
The home based Eagles who will travel for the match have been in camp in Ibadan since last month.
