The Amber alert device will help with information sharing on Facebook and Instagram whenever a child goes missing.
The victims, aged between 19 and 55 years, were being taken to Libya for labour exploitation.
A NAPTIP official said the victims were rescued by operatives of the Nigeria Immigration Service in Kano State and handed over to NAPTIP for further investigation.
“All organisations offering shelters and homes to trafficked persons must ensure people are not exploited.”
“Trafficking activities are done under the guise of education, cultural and musical excursions; labour migration; and sporting related travels to foreign countries.”
Mr Nwanwenne said that the 70 convictions were secured in Edo and Delta, adding that no case had gone to court in Bayelsa.
“After I drank the soft drink, my head ached and I felt dizzy and complained to the defendant… That was the last thing I remember.”
Mr Emerole also said that the clubs were established to expose teenagers to the dangers of human trafficking.
The agency said it also rescued and rehabilitated over 18,000 victims of human trafficking during the the period under review.
“Some parents force their kids to make money by all means, as they now place value on money over the welfare of their children.”
