Mr Yilwatda said the president was investing resources to support rural farmers.
Mr Adebayo explained that the project was designed to enhance the agricultural value chain among refugees, migrants, and IDPs to provide sustainable income and food security.
The National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) has distributed agricultural inputs to Abia, Kebbi and Yobe farmers.
She said that RHI was committed to supporting women farmers.
The governor said he was ready to provide lands for investors who were interested in agriculture.
Mr Buhari pointed out that each of the three tiers has a sizable budget at its disposal, allocated monthly precisely for dealing with these state-level natural emergencies.
