The president said that when fully equipped, the college could, and should, evolve into a defence postgraduate university.
He expressed Nigeria’s readiness to host a befitting forum in Abuja come 2026.
Mr Akpabio commended the commandant and staff of the college for the giant stride being made by the college.

He said the crisis had so far claimed the lives of about 200,000 people, in addition to the millions of displaced people taking refuge in neighbouring countries.
