The suit was filed on Monday and the application for the interim injunction was filed simultaneously.
Delivering the judgement, Justice Benedict Kanyip declared that ASUU was not entitled to salary during the period it embarked on strike.
The court also ordered the defendant to pay the claimant N200,000 as a cost of action within 30 days.
