The conservator-general said the federal government was keenly committed to the running of the new parks.
The United States Attorney’s Office asked the court to sentence Brosnan to two years’ probation and the maximum fine of $5,000.

“In 2020, the Federal Government approved the establishment of 10 new national parks.’’
“At the moment, the approved national parks are being gazetted by the Federal Ministry of Justice.”Â
