In giving the order, a three-member panel led by Justice Wilfred Kpochi, said the applicants application had merit.
“We must dismantle discriminatory structures and create political space for a dialogue on reparations at the international, regional, national and local levels.”
The budget, set at N13.5 trillion, is the highest in the nation’s history after it had been increased by about N505 billion by lawmakers.
