Mr Babafemi said that two suspects were also arrested same day on the 3rd Mainland bridge, conveying 8,380 bottles of same substance.
The prosecutor alleged that Mr Hakeem was arrested by NDLEA operatives while in possession of a bag containing 202 grammes of cannabis sativa.
The prosecuting counsel told the court that the convict committed the crime on July 25, at the Akufo area of Ibadan, Oyo State.

Mr Babafemi said the consignment was found in his Honda Pilot jeep from Osogbo and heading to Katsina State.
NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi described the illicit consignment as the single largest seizure of Loud and Colorado, two strong strains of cannabis.
Mr Babafemi said no fewer than 250,000 tablets of Exol-5 were seized from a suspect in the Zango area of the Ungogo Local Government Area of Kano.
Mr Babafemi said a team of NDLEA officers, acting on credible intelligence, had arrested one of the kingpin’s couriers.
