A statement by the NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi, on Sunday said the consignment was concealed in the heads of imported dry stockfish.
The group urged the NDLEA to block drug supply routes.
Mr Babafemi emphasised that the drug trafficking trial remains ongoing and would continue as scheduled before Justice Nwite.
The NDLEA called 10 witnesses to prove their case and tendered at least 20 exhibits.
NDLEA says it has arrested a 45-year-old man, Ashiru Bala, for possessing 1,499 bottles of codeine-based cough syrup.
Mr Babafemi said that the suspect nabbed after 13 years in hiding was arrested by the NDLEA Operatives at the Lagos airport.
Mr Babafemi said that the suspect concealed the pills of tramadol in her luggage.
The commander added that the seized cannabis was contained in 47 bags stored by one Monday Effiong, an indigene of Cross River.
The commander explained that drugs handed over to the NDLEA were destroyed by burning after a court injunction had been obtained.
Rita Ajoko, said that a pair of eyeglasses she received would enable her to work more effectively.
