Governor Babagana Zulum, the gubernatorial candidate of APC in Borno, is leading as INEC announced the results of 22 out of the 27 LGAs.
“We have 1.4 million points of our super agents; those agents are going to be available to conduct cash exchanges.”
The governor said the gesture would help to minimise youth restiveness and empower them to become productive and self-reliant.
