The commissioner noted that no human, regardless of where they live or the circumstances of their birth, should live in deprivation.
Ms Enih described the phenomenon as one of the most inhumane crimes confronting the world today.
She described such artworks as detrimental to public morals and a contravention of the Child’s Rights Law of Enugu State.
