The group’s president, Kunle Olubiyo, made the appeal in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday while reacting to the incessant collapse of the national grid.
Mr Olubiyi said the current administration has engaged in diverse reforms in the power sector.
The experts said that they expect the privatisation will be reviewed in 2023 as the license circle for the process is 10 years.
The power sector was privatised in November 2013, with six power generation plants and 11 electricity distribution companies.
