Mr Tinubu declared a state of emergency in Rivers, suspending Mr Fubara, his deputy and the state assembly lawmakers.
The workers, under the aegis of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN), barricaded the entrance to the Abia assembly complex.
ALGON has urged its members across the 774 local governments to activate strategies towards prudent and effective management of their resources.
Mr Bago said that he will lead a committee of state governors to meet relevant authorities for a review of the commission.
“As Nigerians, we must demand accountability and integrity from our political leaders,” Mr Yerima stressed.
He said that the road projects mark a significant milestone for the Igbaja community.Â
He said that the forum also deliberated on urgent proactive measures to save lives, livelihood, critical infrastructure and safeguarding national food security.
Mr Bello said state governors felt citizens’ pains and would complement the federal government’s initiatives to provide relief.

Also in the meeting are Governors Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto, Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi and the president’s Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari.
