“The repair time is to enable our services to become fully restored.”
The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) has restored regulatory services to one of its licensees, Globacom Limited.
Within the period under review, the federal government generated $820.8 million from 5G spectrum licences fees.
In the now viral audio, Mr Obi was heard appealing to the influential cleric to help him reach the Christian community in his native Kwara and other North-states.
The minister said that the 5G spectrum could support Nigeria’s economy if well managed.
The commission, however, advised users still in doubt not to hold electromagnetic devices like handsets close to their body.
The debt has now risen to N80 billion from N42 billion earlier this year, said ALTON president Gbenga Adebayo.
The NCC said it also plans to achieve 50 per cent broadband penetration by the end of 2022 and 75 per cent penetration by 2025.
