The Federation of Informal Workers’ Organisations of Nigeria has called on the federal government to intervene in the payment of health insurance premiums.
Mr Subair stated, “Employers must prioritise the timely filing of their annual income tax returns.”
“As far as many Nigerians are concerned, the police force is not only moribund, but a large percentage of its personnel are branded as corrupt,” said Mr Daudu.
Mr Fagbemi’s statement, which has no basis in the Nigerian Constitution, came a day after Mr Tinubu ordered the removal of Siminalayi Fubara as governor of Rivers State.
The police command in Kano State has assured the state residents of adequate security in the face of the tussle over the emirate seat.
“We contend that the present presidential form of government has outlived its usefulness.”
The 37 LCDAs remain inchoate after their creation by the state government in 2003 from the 20 constitutionally recognised LGAs.
Mr Onaiyekan said he understands that the parliamentary system is built in such a way that it will not be hard to steal public funds.
The human rights organisation added that the bill is purposed to “violate Nigerians’ human rights and gag civil society in the country.”
The Lagos governor claimed the judgment was “a clear validation of the mandate freely given by the people of Nigeria to President Tinubu.”
