NERC said the figure represents a marginal increase of 0.19 per cent compared to the third quarter of 2024 which witnessed 185,087 meters installations.
The labour leaders said NEC “unequivocally” rejected the ongoing reclassification of electricity consumers by the NERC.
The governor lamented that residents could not continue to pay for darkness instead of steady electricity supply.
Mr Lasaki said the initiative was part of the company’s ongoing efforts to bridge the metering gap and enhance service delivery to its customers.
