The NNPCL said operations had resumed at the depots and trucks were being dispatched to various parts of the country.
IPMAN had earlier directed its members to suspend payment for products from source until further notice.
The government appealed to stakeholders in the oil and gas sector to join hands with it to find solutions to the scarcity.
Mr Akinrinade said IPMAN was simply asking for fair competition, adding that the competition was no longer fair.
The government said establishing the parks in the identified areas will reduce traffic on highways and generate revenue for the government.
