Mr Tsenyil called on security agencies to intensify efforts to apprehend the perpetrators.
The lawmaker, however, said the committee was dissatisfied with the implementation of the capital component of the 2025 budget.
The communiqué observed that the North-Central region faced major developmental challenges.
The commission emphasised that the 2025 budget remained a working document still in process, and would only take effect when passed as part of the national budget.
“Therefore, the role of North-Central in Nigeria’s national development, cannot be overemphasised.”
