Mr Adigun acknowledged that youth representation was still below expectations.
Mr Adigun reaffirmed the youth body’s readiness to collaborate with government at all levels.
The aide urged youths to heed parental guidance, maintain social balance and avoid harmful habits.
“Youth participation in politics and governance is crucial to achieving a more inclusive, innovative, and progressive society,” said NYCN.
“We are deeply concerned about the escalating tensions across various regions and the current socio-political climate,” said NYCN.
In a statement on Thursday, the national president of NYCN, Isah Abubakar, described the proposed bill as unfair and a threat to national unity.
According to him, youths are the future leaders of the country.
