The protesters, led by activist Aisha Yesufu and a popular street demonstrator known as ‘flag boy,’ marched through the streets of Abuja carrying placards.
Messrs Okupe and Balami left the LP after the presidential election.
Ms Kingibe said this at a news conference on Wednesday in Abuja.
‘All Eyes On the Judiciary’ and ‘Protect our mandate, uphold the rule of law, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu not our President’ were inscribed on some banners.
Mr Obi said his visit to Mr Soyinka was “intended to erase the needless misconceptions about the relationship between the great icon and the OBIdient family.”
“Some of the Obidients, I must tell, or people they mentioned are Obidients, are not entirely people who are with us. The oppositions have come into it.”
But Mr Alake, on Monday, further described Mr Obi’s supporters as “intolerant, arrogant, abusive, toxic and insulting.”
“I think the Obidient movement are on my side. Let me tell you this when you say Obidient side (movement), are they not Nigerians? We are all Nigerians.”
The lawsuit will embarrass Obi, diminish his credibility irretrievably, and herald the death knell of his budding national political career.
Nigerians must begin to wrest the narrative from this horde.
